I only choose one star because that was the lowest option! Contracted with Randy Gibson and Terry Kenney of Kenney's Concrete Coatings to complete 900 sq. ft. of our interior residence. Wanted smooth, high glass, stained floors instead received scratchy (literally cutting my children when they fall), bumpy ( no where near level), poorly treated (whole sections without stain, skim coat, and/or sealant), UGLY (color varies from brown to splotchy orange from lack of proper application) floors. They assured me they would turn out great. My garage floors that they didn't touch look better than my living room. Asked them to fix the issue or reimburse me and they went into hiding. I could go on and on about the horrible experience. Stay away from these fly by night thieves!
