Businiess name:  Anna's Italian Kitchen

Review content:
Anna's is one of those rare gems tucked away in the middle of a small shopping center. I've eaten there several times and came to learn that the owner/chef, Anna Perry, is a transplanted chef from Little Italy, NYC. The homemade gnocchi is the lighest I've ever tasted...an absolute treat, and the Gnocchetti Deliziosi (home made potatoe gnocchi, fresh asparagus, fontina cheese served with a light cream sauce) takes it to another level. My wife loves the Branzino (mediteranian fish) grilled and served with broccoli rabe, and I am partial to the veal scaloppine or the grilled veal rib. This is my number one choice for Italian in mid-Jersey. Pros: everything tastes (and is) homemade, available parking, BYOB wine Cons: a little hard to find
