I have been going to PT & Pilates for almost three months, and cannot express just how much it has helped me. After being the patient of an extremely unthorough orthopedist (Dr. J. Gordon--STAY AWAY), I was so pleased to find a PT facility that not only accepts my insurance, but uses pilates in addition to traditional manual PT for patient care.
And if you don't need physical therapy, they are great for people who want to do proper pilates with skilled pros. They work with people of all levels and have really helped put me on a path to getting better.
If you are looking for a physical therapist and/or a pilates studio, look no further!
