Review content:
I purchased my 1st Bernina, a 440QE from another store. I did not get a lot of support from the place I purchased the machine but I loved my machine anyway. I knew that it had the ability to embroider but I didn’t have the support to figure it all out. Then I found Quilting Delights. Thea was so kind. She took me under her wing and encouraged me to use my machine and come to classes and learn about my machine. Which I did. Then I signed up for a TNT class where I got to sew on a 830. What a machine, I was sold, I had to have one. Thea has given me so much support in learning my new machine. She has lots of classes to learn the machine but also the embroidery end of it. She is always there, giving us encouragement and support. We are constantly learning. If you take a class and don’t get your project done in class, she will have a follow-up class or you can just go in and she will help. My favorite thing about this store is: Thea cares. She is there for me if I need help. She calls me by name, and she keeps my creative juices flowing. I so enjoy going to class or just going and checking in to see what is new. I have learned so much at the embroidery club every month. I even purchased the software and am now off to a whole new world. I am so glad to have not traded my 440 in. I can sew and embroider at the same time. Needless to say. I am one HAPPY CAMPER!
