Review content:
Very disappointed in the service we received from Troy's.\r
\r
We've been customers of both Troy's Stay & Play and Troy's Trim & Treats for the past year. Unfortunately, we won't be customers anymore...\r
\r
We recently took our dog(HEALTHY) there for boarding and when we picked him up, one of his eyes was closed and they both were infected. We immediately called the owner Nick and he said, he wasn't aware of what happened and that he'd call his assistant and call us right back. This was a Friday evening. After repeated calls over the weekend from both myself and my husband, he finally called us on Tuesday, only to say he was waiting to hear what the Vet said. Our dog had a 'Corneal Ulcer' in which we had to take him every other day back and forth to the vet to make sure he didn't need surgery. Thankfully his eyes have healed.\r
\r
To DATE, Nick has never given us an explanation! I am so disappointed, as they seemed to be a caring and honorable business. We will NOT be back to either businesses.
