This salon absolutely deserves a 10!!\r It has great customer service, the atmosphere is relaxing and as a new customer I was very happy with Rimma. Let me tell you why: I have gray hair which is a bit more difficult to color than other colors, my cut was not what I wanted and I had no clue how dark I wanted to go to change the too light blond hair that I did not like. As Rimma had done a terrific job with a friend who came out of the salon looking 10 years younger, I decided to accept her suggestions concerning color and cut. She was able to think her way into my head, so to speak. I showed her a photo of what I sort of wanted, but she made some very good points why not to do certain things and I am glad I listened. When someone is trained to do makeovers we should listen to them, I decided. I left the salon feeling relieved that all worked out so well. I loved my hair, and still do. I am going back in a few days, and I must say, I would not care if I had to wait for a half an hour or even longer, because it is so worth it! I also bought some of the products which I had not planned, but this was the first time in my life that I did not feel a burning sensation on my scalp when color was applied. I highly recommend Rimma.
