We are visitors from Ft. Lauderdale and have done our fair share of champagne brunches on our many travels. The moment we sat down at our table our wonderful experience began. Who could not love a Perrier Jouet toast for a birthday celebration. Our waiter Caesar was absolutely attentive without hovering. The food journey to begin with the salad bar that is as absolutely fresh as it could possibly be with two types of Salmon, fresh greens, assorted delicately composed vegetables with delightful dressings. Next came fresh oysters, crab legs and shrimp to tempt your palate for the the rest of the spread. On we went to the Sushi bar where we feasted in gastronomic delight to the caviar and creme fresh. I came back several times for the delightfully fresh sushi and rolls. Next they had the most wonderful belgin waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs Benedict. Then came the Lamb ( which was perfectly done) and the pork tenderloin. On the other side we had Mahi Mahi, king crab legs, broiled maine lobster. Last by not least the desserts were incredible, something to tempt all of your taste buds. This is not your typical Vegas style buffet, it well worth the money and I would go back again and again. I hardly ever have more than one plate of food, but this time I had at least 3 or 4 plates of food. The service is outstanding. I would make reservations even if it is low season. We did not have reservations and they seated us. I promise you will not be disappointed. Pros: The best brunch in Vegas, Food and Service Outstanding Cons: Make sure you have a reservation
