Review content:
My daughter and I went to this practice and everything was relatively ok with our initial visit, and we were walk ins. We set up follow up 12:30 pm appointments 10 days later. !0 days later comes and we arrive at the clinic about 10 minutes early, it took me about 5 minutes just to sign in because they don't allow their sign in sheet to sit on the counter like most other practices. Then we waited about 15 minutes (total of 20 minutes, past our appointment time) I was called up to pay our copay. Paid the copay; waited another 10 minutes before asking how much longer I would have to wait for our set appointment. The office staff proceeded to ask the nurse in the back. ""All of the rooms are full and we have 4 physicals waiting so it's going to be a while,"" said the nurse. So I say, ""well unfortunately I have another appointment at 2:00 pm, I've already waited 30-35 minutes. So please give me my copay back and we can reschedule."" The office girl says they will void our payment and we reschedule for 2 days later. I leave ticked off because I just wasted gas and time for a set appointment my doctor was never able to make. \r
So now we go to the other set appointment at 11 am 2 days later. We walk in and again it takes us another 5 minutes to sign in and while signing in the office girl tells me that they are an hour behind and indicates the waiting room. I see the normal walk ins and look at my children who I have brought with me. ""I can't wait and last Thursday you didn't void my payment, so give me my copay back now and I will be on my way."" \r
Anyways I have come to the decision that this office and it's medical staff can NOT manage time well and for whatever reason regardless of your appointment time or if you are a walk in, they don't care. They take walk ins before their set appointments making you wait; ridiculous! I won't reccommend nor will I ever go there again.
Pros: The Doctor was great with my daughter at the 1st appointment
Cons: They can't keep their own appointments
