So many of the former parents will second disappointed2012's opinion. The management under BriChelle is beyond horrible. Many children were placed in unsanitary and at some point even dangerous conditions. There were too many incidents to even list here, from a toddler being locked out in the playground by themselves, serious medical issues that happened at this school were the parents weren’t notified until hours later (and then lied to), etc. Thankfully we also found a wonderful school for our children after we left Primrose.
