It is one of the worst companies. I also experience that "" they collect all the documents and submit to Wellsfargo.These people dont' even have any access to contact and followup with Underwriter at Wellsfargo. If the wellsfargo underwriter clears the file, these people make money and close the loan"".\r
They can go up to any boundary to make money from our loan refinance. Even I marked that Semin was very rude with some customers. All loan agents are working illegal. Many times my loan agent told me that Moni doesn't allow to email for information and Semin(Owner of company) doesn't tell anything to Moni because she is bringing most of the business. I personally found that Moni doesn't communicate effectively with loan agents to provide info about loan. My loan agent was afraid of Moni.\r
