I called Pitt Greene Chem-Dry, and they set up a date that was earlier than I thought would be possible. They actually came on Labor Day! I knew the young man who showed up because he has come out before. They were able to clean up the four mystery spots I hadn't been able to get out of my carpet.
I have a big party on Saturday, so I was very happy they were able to come out and clean the carpet. We particularly use them because there is less water in the process. It is less drying time that way, so that I don't have to keep the dogs off the carpet for such a long time. We also already have a moisture problem under the house, so we don't want to add to the issue.
We really like the two young men who came out. They were personable, quick, and professional. They cleaned up nicely after themselves when they left. We haven't used anyone else since about 2003, so we have known them for awhile. I am comfortable with them in my home.
