A few years ago Peter saved the day for us.
We were visiting Boulder, Colorado, and had the misfortune to experience a devastating auto accident.
After all the health insurance hassles and the rest of it, and besides the pain of having to change our plans and extend our stay, we were looking at a serious hassle being stuck in Colorado and dealing with the personal injury side of the legal matters.
Peter came through for us, and went the extra mile to make sure we were as happy and comfortable as could be (at no extra charge). In the end, Peter made sure we got paid to cover all the damages and trouble. I can't say it was fun, but it was much smoother than I'd expected.
