Review content:
I made an appointment with Chet for a bike fitting. I was really excited. I wanted to get a great fit for my new Madone 7. Chet made an appointment with me for 9:15. He sent me an e-mail on the day of the fitting and asked if we could push it back to 9:45. I agreed and showed up at 9:30, driving 45 minutes from home to get there.\r
\r
I watched the front and side doors for any sign of him, or anyone else. At 9:45, I checked the front and side doors and looked inside. All dark. No one there. After waiting until 10AM, I left.\r
\r
At 10:10, Chet called me and told me he arrived at 9:48 for our 9:45 appointment. Of course, I had watched for anyone coming in until 10AM. So, you be the judge.\r
\r
My morning wasted, no fitting done and an hour and a half of driving left me feeling pretty frustrated.\r
\r
I think you have to feel confident in the fitter to be a professional. This is definitely NOT what I expected.
