Review content:
I was a customer of Professional Cleaners for 2 years. The service has never been very quick or very good - but I'm giving an 'awful' rating because of an experience I had with a pair of slacks.\r Brought the pair in with some cleaning and asked if they could repair a tear. Came to pick up the slacks and found the most awful patch I've ever seen. Threads didn't match the color of the slacks, and the material that was used to bridge the tear could be seen through the fabric - really awful job. No way these slacks could be worn like this.\r \r Not only did Professional Cleaners had the nerve to give me the slacks back like this (a simple ""sorry, we can't fix these would have been fine""), they wouldn't give me the other items in my cleaning order unless I paid $10 for the slacks. I argued with the clerk, told him the slacks were useless to me now and that he could keep them.\r \r I don't do business with companies that stick it to me, when they get the chance. There is another cleaners just up Crabapple Road, near the CVS/Walgreens. They have done a much better job for me the last few months, overall.\r
