Review content:
Ok, first of all, their service department is open practically all day on Saturday, which I was not expecting at all. Amazing! You always hear bad things about service at dealerships, like that they charge more than an independent mechanic or a chain like Pep Boys or that they are always trying to sell you more than you need. NOT TRUE!
I have never, ever been over charged (I've checked their price against the Pep Boys closer to my house a few times). Also, everyone from the service manager to the guys who drive your car up once it's done are friendly, helpful, and really willing to answer questions. Once, when my car was brought up after service I asked the young man for directions and he stood there with me for a few extra minutes, even though he probably had a ton of other things to do. I have had a few sales people come up to me while I've been waiting for my car, but they never try to push me when I tell them I'm just there for service. They usually let me be, or talk to me for a few minutes, but they never try to sell me a new car.
Even though this place is a little out of the way for me (and expensive to get towed to!), I really wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else.
