After another local mechanic royally messed up my industrial zigzag machine I decided to drive across town to Pfaff Sewing Center. My machine was fixed properly within a couple of days and has been running better than ever since. Jack and Nancy, the owners, are very friendly and welcoming. They are working hard to expand their home machine area and have recently added some nice quilting cottons to their inventory. You have to go in to check out the Pfaff Grand Quilter - Nancy is a whiz on the machine and usually has a quilt in progress. I like being able to go there and buy parts and supplies for both my industrial and home machines. I am definitely buying my next industrial from Jack! It's a nice feeling to deal with friendly and honest people.
