I live in this place and I thought that I had hit a gold mine ,because I was finally buying a home , but I am disappointed ,I have wasted my time and money in this worthless place , My husband and I are preparing to move asap .The Manager who name i will withhold ,but his initials are E. H. is a wimp when it comes to enforcing rules , the neighbors that we have are nasty , three dogs , and did i say nasty ? He promise to change things , but that is a lie , he tell you that things will get better , but that is a lie . I would not reccomend this place to anyone , if you are looking for a place to raise a family or want a piece of mind , pay a little more money and go the timberlake if you want to live in a mobile home park ..
