Hello prospective customers, after a very upsetting day trying to find a medication that has to be made my USUAL Target pharmacy referred me here until they could stock my medication next week saying that Taylors would be able to make it for me and they are very professional etc. I called Taylors and the girl who came to the phone after the receptionist told her what I needed was INCREDIBLY rude as soon as she got to the phone and snapped at me that they don't make it, she was disrespectful and MEAN. I simply asked her that since this medication is impossible to find right now due to supply could she maybe recommend something else I could ask my Dr about and she snapped at me again -IM NOT YOUR DOCTOR YOU HAVE TO ASK HIM. Ok, that's fine and I get that but there is NO reason to be rude to someone who was extremely pleasant to you ESPECIALLY since I was referred to them by my usual pharm and will be letting them know to stop referring people there as they do not seem to want the business nor care. Horrible customer service!!!!
