Review content:
The heater went out on our tub. Stopped in this place as it's down the street from us and was told they needed to know who makes the tub as they may not be able to fix it. Found out the maker and called them back - spoke to an older man who said he would call back in 5 minutes as he was at the water treatment plant. He never called back. A couple days later (on a Monday) we went into the store again and made an appointment for today, Wednesday at 9A (that was the soonest we could get). 9:20 rolled around and no one was here. I called and was given the run-around - ""he'll be there any minute"". 9:40 I called back again as no one was here yet. Was told he would call me back and tell me what time he would be here. I was very sick and needed to pick up a prescription - something I delayed doing as we were told a service man would be here at 9A. I left to pick up the prescription as I had no idea when (of if) they would show up. As I was driving back up to the house (10A) - they were just leaving - I tried to flagged them down and the guy kept driving. We called them back - got their voicemail - left a message and then without calling the service guy just showed up at 10:50. In this time I called another place, Welton Pool & Spa. They came out within 30 minutes. When I told the service guy from pinch a penny I called another place - he just turned around and walked back into the truck. After all - it was 10:50 and he was supposed to be here at 9A and didn't show up until 10A and that's when he yelled at me his appointment was between 9-9:30. No it wasn't. I very clearly heard when the appointment was made - it would be 9A. We were not given a time range. And furthermore - even it was (which it was not!) 9-9:30 - the guy still didn't show up until 10.
Don't bother - they are beyond rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Go to Welton - so much more professional.
Pros: Absolutely Nothing
Cons: Where to start...
