Review content:
This company has the worst service ever. I have them re-screen over my pool. I was told it will last long time because the material they use is very strong. It has two holes after less than a year. I called the service department on march 22. The lady who answer the phone said they will send someone over next week. No one showed up. My wife called again. This time she said that they will be here after the rain stopped and she couldn't tell when. We asked her to call us when they sent some one over. Again, no one showed up next week. Finally at April 16, one worker called me at my front door without any appointment, and at that time we are at the other side of town. I asked him to checked the holes and fixed them. But he said the pieces with hole in it are too big and they didn't have the material for that. He said he will report to the company and re-schedule. We called back several times in the past two weeks, they refused to send anyone. We asked for the manager, he's never there. If you think about to give this company any business, please be careful. If they can not keep with their word, how can you trust them with their work.
