Review content:
I've done business with this company for a number of years and was always satisfied. However, this last time I was very disappointed. Perhaps the company is under new management. Whatever the case, I wouldn't recommend them.
I needed to have the carpet cleaned and deodorized of pet odors (due to a new puppy). They did clean it, and they went over it with a black light (which doesn't show up well in my house), but they didn't remove the odor at all. The entire main level carpet needed to have an enzyme neutralizer applied, which I requested, and they didn't do that. Therefore, the odor was very noticeable with the recent wet weather. Moreover, they charged me for more square footage than was actually cleaned. That was straightened out by phone, and someone was supposed to come out and go over the carpet with a black light (again), followed, I supposed, by more ineffectual spot-treating. However, the technician was running an hour late, so I canceled...permanently.
