This post office does not display Flat Rate boxes. The only postal boxes out for public use are the Priority Boxes. I ended up paying a shipping fee of $10.00 more than the cost of shipping Flat Rate. When I asked the clerk for a flat rate box I was completely ignored while she called the next person in line. The staff in this office are extremely rude. People skills should be the main requirement in a service position when dealing with the general public. Take me back to the time when good customer service and service with a smile was America's number 1 priority. Needless to say, I will never return to the North Torrance station ever again.
