We bought some hot tub parts from Vince Thomas, the manager, that he advertised on Craig's List. We promptly sent our money via Paypal to Vince. He has not sent the parts or provided proof of delivery. He will not return phone calls or emails. He will not return our money. BEWARE THEY ARE CHEATS!
