My family and I have been going here since my parents moved here in 2005. We are well recieved regulars at this gem of a chinese restaraunt hidden away in a nondescript strip mall on the NE corner of Bellview and Yosemite. They have 2 menus here one for the american chinese food you get everywhere and one that is the real deal traditional chinese food that keeps this restaraunt filled with people who're speaking chinese. I don't intend this to be in anyway racist, but you know a great ethnic restaraunt when the place is full of that kind of person.\r
\r
In fact one night late my mom and i were there and a chinese tour group who were touring the rocky mountains pulled up. This restaraunt was an included dinner on their tour. They had a price fix meal of things i had never seen before, and all the tour participants seemed to really enjoy it. \r
\r
I did try the sea cucumber off the traditional menu, but the texture was not for me, however the traditional soups were all fantastic and they have a prawn dish that you have to get down and dirty for, as the prawns are the full non peeled prawns ( heads and all).\r
\r
Basically, this place will completely cater to your idea of a perfect chinese fodd experience and they love you just as much whether you order beef lomein as they would if you ordered the beef tendons in black sauce.\r
\r
This is a must try place!!!
