If you don't want to spend money and have your documents prepare fast; this is the best place to go! I had my living trust, and my corporation done at We The People in Santa Monica. They prepared and filed my documents in less than two weeks! The best thing of all is that they set up my corporation with my statement of information, s-election, minutes, bylaws and kit for a very, very reasonable price.
