Review content:
I've tried many many ramen places in So.Cal, and this places bests them all by far. Some of the restaurants I've tried are Mr. Ramen in little tokyo, another two or three in little tokyo plaza, one in Mitsuwa of Gardena as well as LA, and South Coast, a place in Reseda, I've also went to Hakata which has 9.2 rating at city search, you name it, I probably have been there, but Kiraku beats them all. I personally value ramen place by their shoyu ramen, and Kiraku's soup is very deep you can taste all the ingridients and times it went to make that soup.\r
\r
Another plus is they are open until 1am everyday and until 1:30 on weekends. I was there oneday at 12am on Thursday and there still were people coming in, that's how much people appreciate the food there. \r
\r
Big plus is that owner's couple is very nice. He'll greet you with smile all the time, wife doesn't smile as much but she tries her best to serve you as quickly as possible without any trouble. \r
\r
If you like spicy stuff, I truly recommend 'Kirakuchi Shoyu, or Miso' \r
When it's pretty hot, try one of their 3 cold ramens, they're all good!\r
\r
Only complaint I have is that it's too far from my place. I have to drive 40minutes on non-traffic hours to go and eat, it's worth it but I wish he'd open one in OC someday.\r
\r
Pros: Best ramen in So.Cal as far as I know, cheap price, good service
Cons: Because of its popularity, it can be crowded sometime.
