Review content:
I visited Botticelli with my wife and five year old daughter. We arrived and were seated after just a few minutes. After about a 10 minute wait, our server came to our table and the attitude immediately came out, she said ""What do you want to drink""? Melanie came back to the table and placed the drinks down and left again. She came back a few minutes later and took our order, here is where it went downhill: My wife first ordered for our daughter and said she wanted the clams and mussels , she grabbed the menu and said ""I don?t know where she got this, but we don't even have that anymore"". \r we placed our orders . \r When our food arrived, I ordered a chicken parmegiana which is suppose to be an Italian dish, the chicken was very tuff, kind of swimming in a tomato sauce, my wife ordered a chicken piccata, her chicken was frozen inside and had no sauce on it, the pasta on both dishes was over cooked, and the vegetables are still frozen cold..Melanie dropped the food and never come back to the table, keep in mind there were only a total of my party and 7 other people in this restaurant,.\r I then decided to ask for a manager, but the table next to us beat me to it. It appeared when they asked her for the manager she just walked away and never acknowledged the request. A few minutes passed and the family next to us asked another server for the manager, a manager came to their table and began to complain about our server too, but all I heard from him at the next table were excuses, one of those being short hand staff. \r At that point I decided it would be a waste of time to ask for the manager and hear his lame excuses again. All I can say is botticelli has nothing to do with italian cuisine what so ever.\r
