Review content:
Wow. I hope people read about my experience before going to this place. All I can say is that over the two week period that it took to get my car fixed, RJ&G fell short in three key categories: estimation of cost, estimation of time, and the most important category, COMMUNICATION. Here is a brief overview of my contact with Jerry and the guys at RJ&G. Let me describe Jerry so that you know who I am referring to: he is an older white male in his mid to upper 50's or low 60's with white hair. Anyway, here is a recap of my experience: I bumped a curb on a Thursday morning and took my car to RJ&G. Time after time, they failed to return phone calls. Finally I was given an estimate of about $600, but by the end of the two weeks that it took them to fix my car, the total came to $1150. I was so frustrated with their lack of professional communication: Jerry would tell me he would call me back just to get me off of the phone, and then never call me back. Twice, Jerry told me I needed one more part in order to fix the car. It took him one week to order the final part from the time he indicated I needed said part. I wonder if they did not “accidently” break those extra parts and then pass the mistake on to me. In total it took them two weeks to fix my car after telling me it would take a day and a half. Feel free to request more information from me: the entire documentation of my experience exceeded the number of characters this website allows.
