I used B and D Septic Tank Cleaning Service previously, got good service then. So when my drains were running slow with some backflow, I called them again. They came earlier than scheduled. That was a pleasant surprise. They worked diligently but seemed to have some difficulty unclogging the drains. However, when they left all drains were working properly except one. I was told to unclog that drain a plumber was needed. Two days later, I had the original problem with the all the drains. However, BEFORE I called to complain B and D called to ""see if I was satisfied with the service"". Who does that these days? I explained the situation as Mr. McClain politely listened . He then gave me the telephone number of a plumber and the two of them working together fixed my drainage problem. They got to the root of the problem...a root in the pipe. And, it didn't cost me an arm and leg! Yes, I'll use B & D Septic Tank again; and you should too!!!
