Review content:
I know most service departments probably do the same thing but I expected more from Rogers Honda.
I went in to have a recall part fixed on my car and should have left with the same amount of money I went in with. Recalls are free after all!
During the fixing of my car the service lady came out with both my air filters in her hand. She went on to tell me that I needed to have them replaced. I had intended on not following through and knew it would be more expensive than just getting them at an auto parts store and having them installed but went ahead and did it anyway...
The service lady quoted me two prices on the air filters and they were high but I went ahead.
After they were installed and I got home and set down to read the complicated bill printout. It ended up that the parts were fairly cheap but the labor was out the roof... $44!!! The labor did not take five minutes.
My problem is they charged $44 dollars to put back in air filters that they themselves took out just to ""show"" me. If I had said I didn't want the service they would have put them back in for free and not made the ridiculous $44!!! I would have paid a small service fee but that is ridiculous...Last time I EVER go to a service department of a dealership! When I tried to call back down to the service department they kept telling me the lady wasn't there. The service people are not very friendly anyway!!!Never will step foot there again....
