Review content:
We went to buy a Netbook. We had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to help us. We decided on our purchases and went to checkout. The first attempt at checking out ended in a voided sales slip - we asked if we could have a copy and were assured we could. We had also declined the extended warranty offer on the first try. When another sales person began the checkout process, he again urged us to purchase the extended warranty. We declined again, and he kept pressuriing us. Essentially, he implied we either could not afford it or were stupid not to purchase it. After much aggravation, we completed the purchase and asked for a copy of our voided slip. He refused. We continued persisting, and after about 20 minutes, we received a copy. All in all an awful experience. The sales people are trained in such high pressure tactics and do not listen to their customers. I feel sorry for people who aren't prepared to know what they want in advance. Don't go there!
