Review content:
The food at Guadalupe Cafe is definately good, but the service lacks miserably. After an average 30-45 minute wait to be seated you can expect to be ignored by your server for at least another 15 minutes-asking every employee in the building to send your server to take your order doesn't help. Once you are acknowledged it typically is not by a pleasant employee, but rather by an employee who is so unconcerned at your irritation, and other patrons' irriatation, it is hard to enjoy your food. In most cases management responds with equivelant disinterest, and service continues to suffer. If it weren't for the food, I would not return to Guadalupe Cafe. I am a local and have not experienced service this poor anywhere else in Santa Fe.
