Do not go to this place. I was asking for an evaluation from the person in charge, which they marketed as free, yet when they return with a ridiculously expensive estimate, sugarcoated with fake kindness and false advices. They are charging me a service that is around 100-150 in other places for 300. When I said I would rather have someone else repair it, the free evaluation became a charged service. The person in charge said that he is friends with the police who will likely side with him. When I went over to pick up my computer, he pull out some joke that involve my grandpa. I recommend anyone who has a computer problem to ask around for a trusty service. Waterville is a small town after all.
