My boyfriend surprised me on v-day with a massage from Lotus. Knowing how stressed out I always am, a massage was exactly what I needed. From start to finish, my experience was really excellent. I was running a few minutes late and expected to be shuttled to the changing room and slapped on the bed because it was a super busy weekend for them. But I was greeted by a very pleasant front desk who calmly took me to the locker room to change. I got the best massage ever! I didn't feel rushed and was so relaxed I didn't want to leave.
