I tried this spa after they had just opened and although the place was beautiful, at the time my experience was so-so. I had a facial and like most places they slapped on product and wiped it off and pretended they knew what they were talking about but they threw terminology that they didn't really understand. After being put off by this other place that I supported regularly for 2 years, they wouldn't give me a break on a same day cancellation because I had to rush my daughter to the ER, I decided to put my money elsewhere. So I gave Lotus another shot, figuring it had been several years and I do remember how beautiful the place was. The best decision I ever made - I had the best facial yet. I learned that they revamped their skin care line and have a totally different team of people. I got an esthetician who was actually knowledgeable about the mechanisms of aging and discussed the functional categories and proper use of skin care ingredients to maximize any skin care rejuvenation program. I enjoyed my facial tremendously and left so glad to have given this place another chance! What made it even better was I signed up for a membership package which cost me $56 for a better facial, way less than what I would normally pay for at the other place. This is a no brainer!
