I am not hapy with the technician because he doesn't notify me that I can actually simply reformat my computer by using my Disc that came with my purchase of my Apple OX computer. I got some friends later talod me that I could reinstall my computer without I have to for $130 for the fee. I am feeling being over-charged and having yet ge=ot a right way to reforma tmy precious computer...
