I have heard many great things about STK from friends, so I finally decided to come in and try it for myself. Well, low and behold, STK definitely pleased me. I started the night coming in a little early with my boyfriend to order some drinks (AMAZING!). The guys/gals behind the bar know what they are doing. My drink was perfect. I started off the meal with the tuna tartare which was phenomenal. Then, I ordered the NY Strip Steak...cooked just the way I like it..medium rare. My bf ordered the 20oz. rib eye and he loved it. The meat was so tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. But, the sides took the cake. We had the truffle fries, mac n cheese, and creamed corn. The truffle fries and creamed corn are to die for. I nearly fainted from a bite of the tasty morsels. The mac n cheese I wasn't too keen about, but still good. We ended the meal with the ""Milk and Cookies"" dessert with some coffee on the side...a great way to end a meal. STK is definitely a place I will be frequenting. PS. Their wait-staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to ordering. They do a great job of answering any questions or concerns you may have.
