Review content:
I am always a little wary of LA celebrity hot spots. They usually have ok food and barely passable service (Koi anyone?). NOT the case at STK. The food was great and unpretentious, there is something for everyone on the menu. Our server was awesome, making sure we had lots of attention even though i noticed her waiting on a couple A list celebrities at the table next to us. (no, i wont tell you who, but it was really cool sitting next to these people!) When you go, make sure to have the arugula salad and the truffle fries (to die for!). My only complaint is desserts took a really long time, but we were having a good time so it wasn't too bad. I wish we had passed on dessert and just gone to the bar and had another drink and danced to the music (they had a DJ!) Be prepared to spend a little money and have lots of fun at STK!
