I am considered the ""older generation"". I have been living in Beverly Hills for over 40 years and have seen many places come and go. I have tried all of the new steakhouses - Cut, Mastro's, etc. This is by far the best to date. It was a beautiful mix of the older and younger generations. The steaks were better than Cut's (which I had the night prior). The sides were interesting - roasted califlauer was my favorite. As a wife to a high powered attorney here in LA, I would recommend this place for a fun night out (younger generation) or a power dinner (my generation). Either way, I believe STK will be around for many years to come. I hope that true foodies like myself will appreciate the culinary experience and not be blinded by the ultr luxurious design. This is the new generation in steakhouses. I am a believer that they no longer must be stuffy in order to have great steaks. I not only will go again, I have already booked 2 reservations. Congratulations to the team who made this place into what I believe will be one of LA's biggest overnight successes!
