I just bought a new laptop and I moved all the older files to an external hard drive to keep safe in case I ever needed them. Over 12 years of photography I slid over to my 1TB drive. Three months passed and I needed some pictures of my external hard drive and nothing came up. I was devastated and tried for hours to get it working. I called Secure Data Recovery Services to see if they could do a hard drive recovery for me. I dropped off my 1TB hard drive at their facility and left with a glimmer of hope that they would locate all my photos. Only 4 hours later they called me and said they retrieved everything! 100% recovery! Phew, I can not even begin to tell you the relief I felt hearing that. They explained that one of the USB pins snapped off, they replaced it with a new one and my life is back to normal. Thank goodness for their expertise and services!
