BEWARE! Please use caution when leasing from Paul Meadows & Cedar Crossing. Within the first few days, this is what went wrong with the commercial property I leased:\r

1. $4000+ in interior plumbing\r
2. $1200 A/C unit was shot, even after Paul Meadows, via email stated that that A/C was in good working order. \r
3. Exterior grease trap was not up to code, which would cost in excess of $7000 to fix.\r

Use caution, and hire an attorney to review any lease drawn up from Paul Meadows!
