Review content:
I am not new to Jersey Boys - in fact, I used to eat it quite often when I lived in Dillon; however, having escaped Summit County to the Front Range I guess my tolerance level for bad attitudes and over priced pizza has really changed.
I called to place a pizza order over the phone, after spending 5 minutes on ""hold"" actually they just put the phone down, I was greeted by young man who apologized for the wait. I told him that I wanted to order a Sausage and Mushroom pizza and that I wanted to know the price difference between a medium and a large. He told me it was $14.50 for a medium and $17.50 for a large. I thought this was quite reasonable and thought that maybe they had actually lowered their prices. Well, my mom went and picked up the pizza and much to her dismay it cost $24.50! She informed the man with the long red dreadlocks that we were quoted $17.50 and he informed her that was the cheese pizza price. What?!? I was very upset to hear this price discrepancy, so I marched into the restaurant and gave the man with the red dreadlocks my opinion of the situation. They did nothing, the man who misquoted me tried to say that he told me something different than what he told me and the man with the dreadlocks had a smirk on his face and didn't even offer to remedy the situation by honoring the quoted price or throwing in a freebie. No, he kept quoting me the cheese only prices and trying not to laugh at my irateness. I don't care how good their pizza is - I am done with Jersey Boys and their crappy, attitude laden customer service. How hard can it be to take a pizza order and quote correct prices?????
Cons: Crappy service and even crappier attitudes.
