I would never do business with M. Cary & Daughters Plumbing again. First we sent an email to a couple of different companies to see who would give us the best price. They sent Buddy out (who was very friendly) He does great work, but before anyone could give us a price quote or range they did the work and handed me a bill for 225 Dollars for 15 minutes of work. When i ask why there was no quote given before the work, i just got a vague answer and needed to speak with Michelle back at the office. I was told that the standard price is 225 and its posted on their website(it's not). I tried to explain that i wanted a quote so i would know if i could afford another bill 3 weeks before Christmas. But all i got was attitude and it just wasn't worth getting upset over, especially during the Holiday Season. So their work is great but customer service is horrible and I would never recommend them unless no one else can fix your problem.
