Review content:
After the great write-up in a magazine, I was excited to try this restaurant. Ambience and dining areas were lovely -- BUT we waited 30 minutes without a single server coming up to us to even ask us if we wanted a drink or to take our order. Server finally came and brought water, promsing to return. Never saw him again because after 10 more minutes, we gave up and decided to eat at Amura across the street. Very strange kind of night; it seemed as if all their waiting staff quit or abandoned them. Saw a lot of patrons sitting at empty tables; never saw any food brought out in that time period. It was eery. Poor service is too generous; the correct term would be ""completely absent service"". Amura still holds the warm and fuzzy place in my heart.
Pros: Thumbs down
Cons: Absolutely no service ever given; had to give up and leave
