Review content:
I was one of those toddlers with the teeny tiny glasses. I've had bad vision since I've been born-- bad genes from my mom I guess. While I looked adorable in mini glasses I would have given anything to be without them. I wasn't teased horribly, but for a child to be in charge of glasses is tough. I always seemed to fall asleep with them on and end up bending them. Or scratching the lens. Or just losing them in the couch or somewhere random. I got grounded a lot because of it!\r
Even as an adult I would misplace them and my friends would always suggest I just finally correct my vision. I research the heck out of anything that needs a big decision. And LASIK is definitely one of those things. I looked up pros and cons, side effects, cost, everything. I felt comfortable in my choice to get LASIK and found Laser Eye Center. The actual surgery went very well and I'm ecstatic to not have to hear my friends tell me to get LASIK. Now I'll just have to hear them say “I told you so.”
