Horrible, filthy, and horrendous service. SAVE YOUR MONEY! \r
I took my two kids there on a Saturday when they are supposed to open at 12:00. I bought my kids the wrist bands at the counter and went out to start our ""fun experience"". We stood in line at the go- karts at 12:20 and the attendant is still doing his checklist duties, after about 15 minutes I figure he is still asleep because he is moving at a snails pace. We go back in and go to the counter to get our golf clubs and there are about 5 people behind the counter conversing with each other and no one is helping the guests. After standing there for about 5 to 8 minutes (we are the only ones standing there), we finally get someone?s attention and get the kids their clubs. When the kids wanted to play the video games we went back up to get our tokens at the counter and now there are about 5 people in line and about 7 employees behind the counter that find talking with each other more important then attending to the paying guest. I watched the attendant that was in the arcade section playing video games with his friend and could not be disturbed until after he finished his game when another guest came up to him with a problem. This was the WORST experience I have ever had in one of these ""fun"" parks, actually one of the worst in a service related business. The employees are absolutely horrible; they don't care and are rude. There is no manager to be found! If there is a manager he should be fired along with his brain dead staff. I have been to C. Cheese and John's... pizza and you can get 5 star service compared to this garbage! SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't ever go there, I know that I will never go there again. I will tell everyone I know to save their money and don't set foot in that filthy place. I THREW the rest of my tokens away! If there is a corporate headquarters then they must never come out to check this place out. I felt I was in the twilight zone! \r
