I have been going to this place for about a year and everytime I go I always have to wait even though I have an appointment. Nevertheless agaisnt my better judgement I booked them for my wedding. OMG..what a horrible decision was that. They made me make a down payment BEFORE I did the trial. They tried to get me to reschedule my trial and then on top of that they overcharged me for the trial and then when I was not happy with the trial they refused to give me back my downpayment ! I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND this place, they are absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. And when I made my downpayment they failed to mention I was responsible for their transportation to and from my house on the wedding day....HELLO you should tell me all your extra fees BEFORE making my deposit.
