If you value your time and money, spend it elsewhere. I attended my nephew's birthday party recently and the customer service was AWFUL!! There is no host to help you with the party, or even a staff person that comes by to make sure everything is okay. When the food was ready, one of the staff walked over and told us ""your food is ready"". What?! We had to take a few of the partygoers to pick up the food and bring it to the table. The gameroom is a joke. The coin return does not work and when I went to notify the guy sitting at the ticket booth that some kids had put in one token but the machine required two, he smuggly replied ""they should not have put their tokens in"". Are you kidding me, that's your response to kids losing their tokens in the machine. Bring your own bat for the batting cage or you have to RENT one. The line for the go carts was ridiculous. The website makes this place seem so wonderful, but I will never return and would not recommend it to anyone.
Pros: kids had fun on the go carts, aftere stading in line for quite a while
Cons: staff was not at all friendly
