I had 2 services recently and was extremely disappointed. First, the facial was in the DARK. I have never had a facial in the dark. I think of facials being determined by your skin type and what you need (this one was not since it was dark). The massage on a scale of 1 to 10, was a 2, I was very uncomfortable with the linen on the table it was like being at grandma's with an OLD blanket over me to keep me warm. This is not a very sanitary looking establishment as I expect of Day SPAs. The pedicure location has a FUR blanket on the seat, it looked really bad...I was shocked that someone would pay good money to get a pedicure. In the massage and facial room they use sheets to give that serenity feeling, another not so good thing. I do not recommend the massage of the facial.....they need to visit a SPA and make some improvements to this facility.
Cons: the rooms have sheets over the lights (NOT CLASSY)!
