Upon arrival, my soon to be husband's vest, tie and pocket square were completely the wrong color, which we had ordered months in advance. They offered to try and find the color and fabric we originally ordered from one of their ""warehouses"" to see if it was available. The next day, we had to call them to see if they were able to get the vest, tie and pocket square. She claimed she was not be able to get the same material or pattern, but was able to get the same color, which did not match the wedding party at all. My husband went on the hunt to find the right one, which he was able to find at Elly's Formal Wear. While we were there, we discovered the original company (L'amour Wedding) had already picked up another vest, tie and pocket square from there. The problem was it STILL was not the correct one. When my husband questioned this and asked for a refund, the company was very upset and claimed we ""went behind their backs."" It was an absolute struggle to get them to reimburse us for the vest, tie and pocket square, which they made a mistake on TWICE!! Not only did they make a mistake on my husband's vest, tie and pocket square, my ring bearer's tux was WAY too big. We sent them his measurements two times prior to the wedding and they still weren't able to get it right. To add to these issues we already had, buttons were falling off the tuxedos during the wedding. When I spoke to the company about a reimbursement, they only agreed to give us a small amount for the buttons falling off and for the ring bearer's pocket square not fitting. These were $250 tuxedos, they were not cheap! My advice, go somewhere else! They are a horrible business and created such a nightmare for my wedding. I would recommend Elly's.
